Should you ever need to claim a warranty on a device that has since been discontinued, you will receive a replacement model of equal or greater value. Our commitment to you doesn't end at the point of purchase — it lasts as long as you own your device.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

We're proud to offer a lifetime warranty on both the BioLift and BioLift X. If your device experiences any manufacturing or workmanship defects at any point during your ownership, we will replace it. We want you to feel fully confident in your investment.

Warranty coverage applies to purchases made directly through BioLift's official online website and authorized retail partners.

What does the warranty not cover?

The lifetime warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, such as surface scuffing or cosmetic fading that occurs through everyday use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or exposure to topical substances — including serums, creams, or other skincare products — that come into contact with the device surface.

BioLift reserves the right to assess the condition of any returned device and decline a warranty replacement if the damage is determined to be outside the scope of this warranty.

Is there any cost to claim?

Your replacement device is fully covered under the warranty. The only out-of-pocket cost associated with your claim is a flat $49 inspection & replacement fee, which covers the processing and handling of your replacement unit.

Can my warranty be transferred?

This Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the device, provided the purchase was properly registered and made in full compliance with BioLift's terms and conditions of sale. BioLift reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify purchase eligibility before honoring any warranty claim.

Additional warranty terms

This warranty does not apply to any device that has been subjected to accident, disaster, loss or damage during shipment, neglect, misuse, corrosive conditions harmful to electronic circuitry, or failure, insufficiency, or unusual surge of electrical power. BioLift reserves the right to make the final determination of warranty eligibility in all cases.
